This is a regeneration project in Manchester. This project includes Residential, Retail, Leisure, Business Centre, Offices and Local Amenities..

The site is  mostly owned by  Fahey Group, and they intent to develop the site in phases.

The initial review of the conceptual design for the site with local authority has been successful and the regeneration project has been welcomed.

The design has been produced in such away to accommodate phase construction.
