This mixed use project in Manchester includes retail, Leisure, Apartments as well town houses. The project is located within regeneration are of south Manchester. The project is in process of construction under design and build contract.

Design the project is based on series of dynamic forms producing small scale architectural elements. The use of render, brick, glazing panels with sharp contrasting panels and cladding system has further enhanced the form.
