This project was designed in two  blocks. The existing Block was redesigned and converted for leisure activities which is accessible to both resident and public.

The new block accommodate the communal hall and apartments. The top floor is designed for luxury penthouse apartments. The complex  is managed by specialist team who provides assistant and maintenance to residents.

Car parking is provided at  rear of the building.
