The scheme uses simple forms to generate spacious accommodation units with large glazed areas.

This  has produced a lively and light apartments and houses. The buildings are designed with brick, render, and glazed screens which are housed in dark grey cladding panels.

The contrast between the material and colours are used to further emphasis the design concept.
