This £5.4m Scheme with a mix of apartments and Town houses was formed by our design team members on 2003.

The project was developed by Bett Homes and constructed by their own construction company. The site is located within the regeneration area of Fallowfield in Manchester.

The project was designed with  close coordination with South Manchester regeneration and planning team and it is regarded as successful in regeneration of the area.
