Porcelanosa, London This is a £5.5m flagship scheme for Porcelanosa in Fulham. This retail showroom and office building was designed by one of our leading design architect as a landmark centre for Porcelanosa in England. The site is located in the Conservation area of Fulham, next to Wandsworth Bridge Road. The four storey building with a modern architecture includes three floors of showroom with offices and staff accommodation on the top floor. The quality of detail in this project has been the driving force for producing a modern office accommodation as well as memorable showroom spaces manifesting the client's products.

The interior design architecture is formed around a glass lift and staircase with a lift pit covered with glass mosaic tiles. Sun shine and artificial lights penetrating through the glazed roof over the lift and stair core produces a shaft of sparkling light through the building to Lower Ground showrooms. This has transformed the vertical circulation into a modern architectural art form. The external fades of the building is designed with use of two metallic silver and white paneling materials and glazed screens set on a number of planes to produce a dynamic form.

Architects in Manchester
This mixed use project in Manchester includes seven storey residential block, car park floor and a health and fitness club. The scheme is designed around a landscaped courtyard with two blocks facing the main roads. Our architects aim was to produce land mark architecture with sustainable uses to support the Manchester regeneration’s aims.

The Proposed building will balance the forms and size of the existing buildings at this urbane landmark as visitors approach the site from city centre on Upper Brook Street. The building is designed in two blocks to form an apex at the coroner of the site and stepped down to lower level away from the corner.

The use of render, brick and glazing panels with sharp contrasting panels and cladding system has further enhanced the form. The project is in the process of construction.

Claremont Road, Manchester
This mixed use project in Manchester is designed around a landscaped courtyard with two blocks facing the main roads. The development includes Apartments, Town Houses and Retail, Leisure units. The architecture and sustainable uses in this project is designed to support the South Manchester regeneration’s aims.
The design of the project is based on a series of dynamic forms producing small scale architectural elements. The use of render, brick and glazing panels with sharp contrasting panels and cladding system has further enhanced the form.

Glebeland Road, Prestwich
This residential project is produced for Aglow Fashion Development on Glebeland Road in Bury. This is a sensitive site with an existing vacant house and a number of mature trees in the garden. The brief to our architects was to produce an apartment block with rear car park and gardens to maximise the land use.

This development is located on a corner site. The architecture of the building is formed to reflect the corner site by having multifaceted elevations to the front and rear. The palette of materials has been carefully selected to create variety within the development without resulting in a chaotic assembly of multiple finishes. The materials are arranged to complement the three-dimensional massing of the development and to fit in with surrounding developments.

Porcelanosa, Warrington
This retail showroom, offices and warehouse building was designed as the North West Head Quarter for Porcelanosa who are a leading Spanish company. Porcelanosa produces a range of high quality flooring, kitchen and bathroom products and require their retail showroom to provide a suitable platform for their products.This project was awarded the building of the year by Warrington Local Authority in 2002

National Discovery Park, Liverpool
This land mark design satisfied the requirements of English Heritage, Royal Fine Art Commission, Liverpool design group and Liverpool Civic Society. The millennium centre included Millennium Bridge, Millennium Park, Discovery Hall, Media Factory, Offices, Retail, Leisure, Multiplex Cinema, below ground car parking and servicing.This project was the winning scheme in a National competition

Harter Street, Manchester
The planning and Listed Building Consent for this grade II listed building has been granted. Our architect with the design team over come previous objections and planning application refusal for the site.
The building has been vacant for more than a decade, consequently many of the doors and windows and timber structure have been damaged beyond repair. The building also was affected by asbestos, lack of water proofing and a night club next door. Our Architect’s design responds to both urban context and street scale view at local level and sustaining and improving the building by restoring the damaged or removed architectural elements.

Kingswood Road, Bury
The planning and change of use application has been granted for this project.
The application is for the existing old office block on site is to be replaced with new modern mix of houses. The proposed use is a mixture of luxury detached and semi-detached houses. The residential units are designed to cater for all family sizes. The design includes 18 semi detached house with a drive and 6 distinctive luxury five bedroom large family houses with drive and garages.
