The planning and Listed Building Consent for this grade II listed building has been granted. Our architect with the design team over come previous objections and planning application refusal for the site.
The building has been vacant for more than a decade, consequently many of the doors and windows and timber structure have been damaged beyond repair. The building also was affected by asbestos, lack of water proofing and a night club next door. Our Architect’s design responds to both urban context and street scale view at local level and sustaining and improving the building by restoring the damaged or removed architectural elements.
