Technology Park, Widnes

This is a regeneration project which is located in Widnes Water Front area. The project includes Business Centre, Technology Park and number of large industrial units. The site has been contaminated by previous industrial use and a EIA report is produced to identify and provide solutions for preparing the site for the new use.

The design for the site is based on a well landscaped park with series of modern buildings. The project is located on 28 acres site and will be constructed in number of phases.
