Upper Park Road, Manchester

This residential project is located in conservation area of Upper Park Road. The site is currently vacant and the project is in process of receiving planning approval. The design is planed on historic layout of the site and reflect the location of previous building.

Our design team member has worked closely  with Manchester Planning and Design Team to produce a modern scheme with sympathetic understanding of the conservation area requirements. The building is designed with render, brick, timber panels and glazed screens. The scheme has used number of sustainable and inventive systems to produce an environmentally friendly project.
