Wilmslow Road,  Manchester

This mixed use project includes retail, restaurants, apartments units with under ground car parking. The site is located facing  one of the major road in south Manchester.

The design is based on using a base block formed with brick and render walls  and glazed duplexes apartments units on top floor.

The building forms has been derived from study of adjoining building heights and designed to  reflect the vertical element of urban fabric in this road. The glazed  screen to upper floor is produced by a mix of colour, clear glass and panels.
